Is generative artificial intelligence (AI) beginning to deliver on its promise in India? This is the question that a
new study by consulting firm EY India dove into. What it found was that while innovation continued at a frenzied pace in 2024, different kinds of organisations are at different stages of adoption and maturity when it comes to GenAI use cases.
