Political newcomer Rise Mzansi has opened the door to all political parties represented in Parliament as efforts to establish a coalition government steamrolls ahead.

Rise Mzansi has also decided not to field a candidate for president or for premier in Gauteng.

In a statement on Sunday, the party’s national leadership collective (NLC) extensively discussed President Cyril Ramaphosa’s proposal to form a government of national unity (GNU).
