Aerospace and defence company Apollo Micro Systems (AMS) has informed exchanges that the Indian Army has given it a Make II project and selected the company based on capacity.
“This project is for the procurement of a Vehicle Mounted Counter Swarm Drone System (VMCSDS) (Version I) under the Make II category of DAP-2020. This project is very prestigious and first Make II project for the Company. The company is happy to share that the systems developed out of it are ‘state of the art’ and highly futuristic in nature,” said Apollo Micro Systems in a regulatory filing.
Meanwhile, the Hyderabad-based company has also announced a final dividend of 5 per cent per equity share for the financial year 2024. This translates into Rs 0.05 per share of face value Re 1.
“Considered the recommendation of Final Dividend at the rate of 5% (0.05 paise) per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid-up of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24, subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company,” a statement by the company read.
